  1. You have a good direction, but too many popular sources. I see that since this bibliography you have found more academic sources, and that is good. You should also include Armstrong and Hamilton, of course. And check out this NY Times article I blogged about -- it is right up your alley and gives some really useful case study info that you could use to support your analysis:

    In general, though, you need more academic sources and fewer blog posts and USA Today articles.
